General conditions

Enrolment

To enrol, please fill out the enrolment form and send it to us. On receipt of our acceptance please send us a deposit of 100 € by visa or bank-transfer. The application is not valid until the school is in receipt of the deposit. If you wish to book accommodation please send us a deposit of 80 €.

Conditions of payment

Payment should be made during the first two days of the course either by transfer, visa or cash.

If payment is not done the student should leave the school and the accommodation and the school will keep the deposit.

En case of a bank transfer the costs are paid by the student.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be written to the school.

If notice of cancellation is given at least 40 days before the course starts, a refund of the deposit will be made, less 60 € for administrative expenses. If cancellation occurs later, the school reserves the right to retain the deposit.

In case of payment of the full amount for the course, accommodation and other services, the refund will be made as follows:

* From 15 till 30 days before course start. 25% of the whole amount will be retained.
* From 8 till 14 days before course start. 50% of the whole amount will be retained.
*From 4 till 7 days before course start. 75% of the whole amount will be retained.
*From 0 till 3 days before course start. The whole amount will be retained.

Once the course has started all payments made for the course, accommodation and other services are not refundable.
