Once you are in Málaga you have to try "Málaga wine"! These wines are offered under the label "Denominación de OrÃgen Málaga y Sierras de Málaga" and are of a very agreeable and smooth taste.
The Bodega "Antigua Casa del Guardia" centrally situated in the "Alameda Principal" was founded in 1840 and it is there where you can try an incredible variety of wines. "Pedro Ximénez" and "Moscatel" are most probably the best know wines. In the Calle Granada next to the Picasso Museum, The "El Pimpi" offers many good wines and very typical delicious snacks (so called Tapas). |
